Features. The majority of our products are made from 18/8 Stainless Steel using food-grade 18/8 Stainless Steel, which is naturally BPA-free. Ecycle® is our proprietary, 100% recycled plastic blend. Every product is FDA tested and safe.
Vacuum insulation is created by eliminating the air between the inner and outer wall. This type of thermal insulation consists of an airtight outer layer enveloping a vacuumed inner layer. Creating a vacuum space prevents the transfer of heat energy as there are no air molecules for heat to pass through.
Double wall insulation has both inner and outer walls. As a result, drinks are kept cold and hot for longer than in single-walled products. It also prevents perspiration outside the thermos (perspiration/condensation can occur when high temperature changes are encountered)
We guarantee that our products do not leak with leak tests. Our leak-resistant products prevent drinks from spilling. We still don't recommend putting our leak-resistant products in a bag, but we think they are ideal for car rides and days in front of the computer. We don't label any of our products as leak-resistant unless they have undergone rigorous testing.
Wash your product before first use.
1) Add a small amount of detergent and warm water.
2) Soak for 5 minutes.
3) Clean with a soft cloth or sponge.
4) Rinse and dry with a clean cloth.
Your product may need a deep cleaning from time to time. For such cleaning, soak one part baking soda and one part water in the product for one hour. After rinsing, clean with a small amount of detergent.
We do not recommend putting any of our products in the freezer. The volume of liquid substances grows when they freeze, so your product may not return to its original form (to be honest, most products do not). This expansion can impair the functionality, thermal and seal of the product.
